Recreating the situation at the start of "Freedom's Darkest Hour" AAR

As the title says, I am looking to recreate the world as it was for Kaiser_Mobius when he started his custom scenario involving WWIII, specifically when the scenario began on March 6 2015, as seen on https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...zed-usa-modern-day-scenario-aar.844427/page-7
I have some experience modding the files, but am wondering if anyone else would like to work on this with me?
