Red !!! - Please reply

Just today, i was playing QFC2, and we had to rehost. Suddently at the loading screen, whoever ended loading, had red !!! in the right side of their name.

Too bad i did not take a screenshot, but i never saw such. What do these red !!! mean? Can someone answer me?

In case you do not understand, i will make one example:

EGO !!!

-bad connection with host or something
-wrong event file(saw that 1 in a age of randomization game ended up with 0random events the entire session for me )

Could be what Drake says. I've seen it many times but it didn't affect the game nor the events. I'm also betting on bad connection with the host.
