Since there has been a movement towards making large islands accessible by multiple sea zones here is my suggestion for changing the seas around Corsica.
The yellow lines are old borders and the red are new. The change here will make it so that Corsica and northern Sardinia are accessible by Provence (and later France). At the same time this still gives access to Sardinia to Savoy and Genoa as long as Genoa controls Corsica.
Edit: I would also consider combining the Provence sea zone with the one below it, though I'm less confident in that change.
