Refitting fleets no longer gives (any) refunds?

Not sure about this one cause I didn't play for a long time. But didn't you get (partial) refunds for changing or removing components? Or was this already removed? I removed my cloaking devices from some corvettes cause 5 energy was too much to refit my fleet but it didn't show any gasses as refund for removing them. 1. What platform are you using? Xbox Series X 2. What version of the game are you using? 3.9.3 (Xbox Release) 3. What DLC do you have installed? All of them, including C6 portrait 4. When did this start happening? Immediately 5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how Always so far 6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones? All saves so far. 7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)? N/A

you no longer get resources back from changing ship components. any refund you would have gotten goes towards the new components, and anything left over from that is lost.
