Information When reporting a crash, stability or performance problems, please use the Report a Crash button on the earlier screen [CLICK] I understand Required Summary Region Packs errors Steps to reproduce I've done the following steps 5 times, but I still get errors when downloading any of the region packs: "I strongly recommend unsubscribing from all mods and region packs, and performing a clean reinstallation of the game. Once done, start a new unmodded city to test if the issues still occur: 1. Unsubscribe from all mods under mods.paradoxplaza.com and the Steam Workshop. 2. Manually delete the "CustomAssets" folder located at: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II. 3. Perform a clean reinstallation of the game: • Uninstall the game from Steam. • Manually delete the following folders, if they’re still there: …\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities Skylines II\ …\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\ (Move the save files to a different location if you want to use them later) (To see the AppData folder, make sure to enable "View Hidden Items" in File Explorer) • Reinstall the game. 4. Once I start playing, it starts with causing the game to crash. ***If this doesn't get fixed in the next 48 hrs, I'm deleting the game for good. Hello, please upload your Player.log file so we have the possbility to find your issue.

How much free storage do you have on your C-drive (System drive)? Mods are always installed on System, not where the game is installed.
