i noticed my Panzer division when invading Poland or Romania have always the same number of available tanks. However, when I look at the army loses panel, i see some small amount of destroyed tanks.
The reason of this is because the divisions are permanently receiving reinforcements if available in stocks? And if yes, the priority is fixed by the army panel setting? I noticed the reinforcement panel has also the priority setting, which is the difference?
