Will CK stick with the EU approach to religion tolerance (freely movable sliders), or is / will a new system be designed?

I know there aren't too many religions (mostly catholicism, orthodoxy, islam and pagans, and maybe a separation of the aesir faith from the pagan group and the hussites from catholicism) around at the time and place covered by the game, but that doesn't produce too many "used" sliders...

Since CK will focus even more on religion than EU2 did I guess there will be some new stuff regarding tolerance too... :)

So you might get gnosticism as well? Or all the interesting heresies like Catharism and the Bogumils? Zoroastrians?

Man, this should be fun! :)

Wasn't aware that there were any Valentinians left by the Middle Ages (burn, burn...:D) Maybe some Nestorians or Coptic Christians though.

Hi folks. That's my first message...:D

I agree with Ighelkott. Nestorians and Coptic Christians might be in the game. The native christians had great impact in Latin East politics. Armenians e jacobites (Syrian monophysites) might be in the game too.

Druids?

Were there any Druids left at that time? What other Pagan religions were there? Hopefully we will have many choices to choose from for salvation(ok, so an Iron Maiden makes Salvation a one way trip)

Maybe it's just me, but I think Havard meant there would be more options relating on how to deal with religion, not that there would be more religions about. ;) Though there will probably be a few more than in EU, maybe about the same.

But you won't have to worry about Calvinists and Lutherans and counter-reform Catholics. So that cuts the number down a bit.:)
