Remastered version wants us to buy the DLC again on Xbox

So Just installed the Remastered version but it doesn't recognize the DLC packs we bought, it wants me to buy them all over again seperately liek Campus, Industries etc. Some work but those we bought in packs don't get recognized as owned. Sure hope this is getting fixed and fast as I dont want to buy them all over again.

Also since our unlocks don't carry over please add an option to unlock all unique buildings because really dont want to go through the hassle again having to unlock everything again in scenarios. we been asking for an unlocker for many years and never got added. Some of us if not most like to play the sandbox mode not scenarios

btw this probably happens because Industries, Campus, sunset harbor and a couple others get marked as remastered and therefore is seen as completely new dlc so it doesnt get shown as owned and wants you to buy again. Hope this gets fixed

The following packs get marked as not owned even if you already bought them

University City Content Creator Pack
Sunset Harbor
Campus
Industries
Content Creator Pack Modern City Center
Content Creator Pack Modern Japan


Those are all that do not get recognized as owned

There has been a problem in the MS store where some of the DLCs you own are not available to the Remaster programme. Unfortunately their cache only refreshes every 24 hours so there may be a bit of a wait before this is resolved.

Hopefully this is fixed soon, but me and many others also hope that an unlock cheat of some kind will be added so we don't have to go through the entire building unlocking again.

They got a response from Microsoft earlier and they are hoping for this to be resolved in the next day or 2. With there being a number of bundles, it could take a bit more time for it to be fully resolved.

Well 24 hours has come and gone and still not working, sure hope this is getting fixed before the weekend

Sorry for the further delay!

We and Microsoft are working on this still, which turned out to be a more complex issue than first thought.

We won't give a further ETA now, as we can no longer be confident it would be met and we hate to set false expectations.

But rest assured it is the highest priority for the CSL Console team and WILL be resolved as soon as possible.

Please read previous comments and other threads. This is a know issue and they are working with Microsoft to resolve this issue. There's no ETA on the fix, though it is their absolute highest priority.

DLC is working now thank you team, now please add an option to unlock all buildings so we dont have to unlock them all over again. Most of us have daily lives and little to no time to waste. We just want to play our beloved Sandbox mode with everything unlocked from the start to build our dream cities
