Removing Straits Grapics

I removed the straits in my AGC-EEP campaign but the graphics of the straits remain. I know there is a way to get rid of graphics that show the little rocks because I did it before- only I have forgotten how to do it and I cannot remember where the post is that shows how to do it. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Use a nearby city to get some sample coordinates to narrow down which ones you want to delete. Use the province.csv for this.

I went to the straits.csv and I deleted every single strait, leaving the straits.csv screen completely blank. Now I can load AGC-EEP and pick a nation to play in the grand campaign- but after I click start, the AGC-EEP stalls as the green progress bar is going from left to right when it says initializing provinces. I know this has something to do with the removal of the straits because everything was working just fine before I made changes to straits.csv. I am really disapointed about this as I had planned tonight to be my first ever AGC-EEP grand campaign as England. Can anyone help me? Is it possible that I need to put just one strait back on the straits.csv file to make the game run? If so, can someone please give me the numbers for one insignifigant strait- I can't find it myself because as I said I deleted the whole page. Please help. Thanks
