Rename Ingermanland to Ingria

As far as I know, the name Ingermanland is used by Swedes. In English this region is called Ingria and in Russian it's either Ingria or Ingermanlandiya (although I'm not sure which one was used more often in the EUIV timeline). I suggest renaming the province Ingermanland to Ingria and making Ingermanland a Swedish dynamic province name.

The traditional Russian name was Izhora, but it became Ingermanland when it was annexed after the Great Northern War. A similar thing happened in Estonia and Latvia: the German names were retained rather than using the indigenous names or Russian ones. This was partly to placate the local nobility, and partly because Peter the Great was kind of a nut for all things German.

Okay but Great Northern War took place in XVIII century and the game begins in the mid-XV century. Wouldn't it be more appropriate to use the name that was used for most of the game's period as default instead of the name that was used in the last 100-120 years?
