Renegades - I have security stations to counter them, but can I do something else with them?

As the question asks, I have security stations to counter the renegades, but can I do something else with them? I tried moving them but I don't seem to be able to do that. Will having security stations eventually cause them to go non-renegade? Or do I need to do something else?

Why can't you move them? Banning them in all other Domes and encouraging them in one seems to work fine for me. I do find the security mechanics a bit silly - I had 7 renegades in my designated dome, and two security towers with at least 9 guys working in there, and I was still getting the message of not having enough. As it was they just stole a resource or two now and then, so maybe the security was stopping them doing anything more drastic - dont know because the game doesnt really give you any feedback.

Yea...pretty sure that the construction costs of the security tower + maintenance is going to be more than the losses from renegades. That's not even counting the loss of food from the workers. Just a royal waste. Maybe put a tower in to keep for specialist training for espionage, but that's it.
