The final version of the mod (v0.92b) is dated 3.01.2010. However, to get it, one would have to use 3 different installers and the somewhat not working "mod dir" option for Hearts of Iron. I repacked all three installers into one that creates a "hard mod" version, inserted right into the main directory, so it can be launched via new or old shortcuts.
