Repeating crash to desktop [Mac]

Hi! I have a problem with a crash. Every game I start will crash to the desktop after about 2 hours of playing time. If I start a save game back up, the crash will repeat in roughly the same in-game month. I play the game on a 2018 Mini Mac with a eGPU attached, a very decent setup that should run the game easily. I tried reinstalling the game several times, but that does not work. I also tried playing on the lowest game settings. I do not know what to do, help would be much appreciated!
P.S. I like the game very much so.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.

I don't see any problems in those files at all, unfortunately.

Re-reading your first post here, when you load a save of a campaign that has crashed, it then crashes again - you cannot continue it? Is that right?

If so I fear this is a current problem with 1.4.2 on Mac. You could try reventing to say 1.4.0 in the Steam betas tab for this game, but you may be better off putting the game aside until 1.5 comes out, which is likely to be in August now.

Unless you have access to a Windows or Linux box, or have Bootcamp installed on this machine, as it only occurs on Macs.
