Repeating Failed Hunt Event: Hardlocked Safe File

Description​

I went to a hunt like usual, nothing out the ordinary was happening, I was in the middle of a war with France so the hunt was the least of my priorities, but then at the end of the hunt I got the usual "You cannot win them all..." failed ending prompt, but when I clicked it, it came back, and kept coming back, restarting the game didn't fix it either. The save file is rendered entirely unplayable due to the fact that time can no longer pass due to the endless event. (I tried to send a video file of the issue first-hand in the "Other Attachments" but it didn't accept the file type so here's a link to the same video:

Steps to reproduce​

Have your capital at the Barony of Florence and get invited to a Hunt at the Barony of Aquileia with a custom trail going via Camaldoli both ways. Go through the hunt events as normal, then the hunt must fail at the end. (I do not know what you want for this to be entirely honest)
