I find some problem. When i'm in game and in debug mode i see that province 77 - Heidelberg, but when i go into files(history/provinces) and seek province with number 77 i find province named Pfalz. When i open this file there in is Heidelberg core and all about it. Same problem with province Pfalz, when i seek number 1761 i get name Alzey and in this file all about province Pfalz.

Sorry for bad english, but maybe i'm wrong or right, but watch this, maybe it's realy little mistake because of big project. Thank's for your time, i love EU 4.

Province history file names don't always conform to the ingame names :) What's important is the number.
That said I try to change these when I run across them to make things simpler so I'll be adjusting the ones you reported here.
