I would like to see the demographics of a province represented in the game. I don't think this would require a pops system like I;R or other games but could be represented simply as a percentage. This could be used to show the changing cultural/landscape of the world and would move away from the unrealistic way that provinces simply flip cultures/religions in CK2.

I realize other people have suggested this, but repeating it can't hurt right?

I think the main problem with this proposal is researching the historic makeup of the provinces at game start. This will need houndreds of hours to get that right. I think there are more important things that can be developed in that time. This does not mean that I do not like the idea, but I think it's highly unrealistic to get this into the game right now. I do not even want to know how long it took them to get this information for Victoria 2, but there were at least historical documents regarding that.

Yes, I guess that is true. So it can't be completely accurate but there are probably some records for certain regions. I don't expect anything like this straight away.

Anyway the point is, I just want something different than culture flipping in CK2.
