It would be nice for an actual AI challenge, without the heavy AI scripting, if modders could create and set unit orders and objectives. So that an invasion force could be created in the channel and then given orders to amphib assault specific provinces.
Secondly, allow AI units to be given defined region operating areas, or locked down by province, to prevent the AI from abandoning it's beaches (like how vanilla UK and Sealion). Or to allow interceptors or convoy raiders to persistently perform missions in a set area... what's with being able to (as Germany) import raw materials from far-flung colonies right under the nose of the Royal Navy?!
