Is promoting a youtube video you made that directly involves the game count? On the same note would promoting your twitch where you primarily play eu4 count as advertising under the rule?

From the rules: "Posts or messages with the incentive to sell, buy, or trade products or services, links to auctions, affiliate links, links to promote personal or commercial websites, blogs, personal social media channels and other forums are not allowed without the permission of Paradox."
So basically, posting your own promotional material needs to be pre-approved by a mod or admin. It's to prevent people from signing up to the forum just to post their youtube, as that might flood the forum. I hope that clears it up!
