Hi,

I think that true city builder should cove the era of rapid urbanization which happened during age of industrialisation in the second half of XIXth century. Oh man, I would pay for that DLC. Just imagine all these chimneys and dirt roads, filth and poverty everywhere. Through the years it would a city manager's task to gradually introduce sanitation, healthcare, etc. to bring the city to modern times but retaining some of the original, classical architecture.

Cheers,
Bananson
