request [mod] leader graveyard / memorial hall / extended death notification

No clue if it is ok to ask for a mod to be made in this forum. I could never mod that myself, so perhaps someone else who can is fancy doing this. Here goes, more or less copy paste from a 2017 (!) Stellaris suggestion thread on reddit, I will link the original thread further below:

• Every time I lose a hero it bothers me it is that the notification doesn't show you the actual hero who died
• suggesting a tool tip fix so we can see who died / or basically, a graveyard for my empire
• This could be especially helpful for choosing which candidates to recruit to be your Admirals and Generals
• And event window with funeral picture, some ethic flavor text and name. To tell us who died and pay him somewhat respect. Unlike now, just skull on top and thats all
• I like naming eg. a planet after a scientist or a ship class after an admiral, would make this much easier

Personally, I d say making a graveyard would be a bit overdone, but somewhat nice to have. I would be perfectly happy being able to say farewell to the leader who just died, so show me his picture, his traits, his name, his age, his stats one last time when he dies. Maybe also on which ship / planet / research facility he was when he died. Thats all that would be needed in the mod I desire, an enhanced death notification window, so to speak, even a tooltip on the "skull" message icon would do.

Since it was only an optical change, maybe it would even be possible to make this achievement / ironman compatible?

Honor Leaders does very similar things, but I'm not sure whether it works with 3.0 or not:

Thanks @Ryika but Honor Leaders is complete overkill for what I have in mind - I just want an enhanced tooltip at leader death info, which lets me check the stats of the leader who just died. "Scientist XY died at the age of 103" just does not do it for me. Which race did he belong to, what was his special ability, how did he look (because usually I tend to remember my leaders best that way)? Leaders are too important in the game, it is not ok that I cant even visit a graveyard which of them just died.

If anyone knows how to make such a mod, I am willing to cooperate or contribute. Any hint appreciated, thanks!
