It's kinda obvious. You can't pick 3,000 bodies up and then just plop them somewhere else. And in other SimCity games, if you bulldozed garbage lots then it was reduced to ground pollution. This is just a preventative measure.

Though they have been doing wonders with mods, and with 93 pages and counting, I wouldn't be surprised if I see a mod.
 
I know the reasons to not allow moving those buildings are obvious, but this is a game so it should at least be made possible. I just want to redesign my city every now and then and not be stuck with graveyards all over the place.

Do you know what I do? I place several crematories around a single cementry I want to remove an burn everybody in it. Is that more realistic? Any moral problems?
Its just a game;I can move all other buldings or build a dam in an instant of a second.
