[Request] Speedway Stadium

I'm no modder in any respect (modeling, texturing or scripting), but I'd very much like to have a Speedway Stadium in my city. I'm thinking something like this:

Of course it can also be something more hi-tech and jaw-dropping, as long as it's an open arena, unlike the game's Stadium building.

If someone would make one I would be very happy

Where I live, Speedway is kind of a thing Car races not so much.
