Hi various lifeforms, i'm making two different very small mod series' and have basically come to a slight problem. One mod increases the number the leaders you can have and the other increases the number of core planets you can micromanage.

Currently there are two governments that make both mods incompatible with one another because both mods would modify them.

The # Pacifist Democracy has both country_leader_cap = 1
and country_core_sector_system_cap = 2. Both of which I wish to increase.

Normally a simple third mod that increases both would be the way I would go, but because I am making a Double/Triple/Quadruple/Quintuple version of both the Leaders and Planets... yeah.

So my question, any other way of sorting that out?

Are the mods in question intended to be global?
If they're global, ignore the governments, just modify the numbers in 00_defines.lua. You don't even need to - and shouldn't - override 00_defines.lua! Make another lua that explicitly overrides the keys in question.

Reactions:
They are indeed intended that way. I took your advice and just ignored the governments in the planets series. Thanks ShadowDragon868 :D
