ANyone knows how to change research in wordpad for diffrent nations? I can´t get this to work in HoI editor

What exactly do you want to edit? Editing the techs is not so recommended, it requires quite some knowledge of game parameters and such to do.
Starting research is easy to do in the include files. Also as vulture mentions, easy to mess up.
