Researched tab doesn't show tech details

Not sure if a bug but I miss details about researched items, like the tooltip when you select one for research.

1. What platform are you using?
- Xbox Series X

2. What version of the game are you using?
- 5.0

3. What DLC do you have installed?
- All DLC

4. When did this start happening?
- Noticed it after installing Patch 5.0

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
- always

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
- all saves

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

I’m noticing the thing in my games. I have all DLC.
