Resigning crashes to desktop, possible save corruption

Here's the game in question, clicking Resign causes CTD. Otherwise, seems to be working normally.

I use Steam. I ran a Local Files - Verify integrity and restarted the PC and issue still repeats with this save.

On a whim, I reloaded the save, manually saved a new copy, clicked Resign and it seems to be OK now.

I could not reproduce it in the 1.04. If it still remains after you downloaded the patch, please let me know.

Having the same issue with GG 1.03b. Did not use to happen but now when I resign, I CTD. Otherwise fine.

I have the same error. I tried to reinstall and sort through my saves but nothing helps.
I'm on 1.03b.
