Here's the game in question, clicking Resign causes CTD. Otherwise, seems to be working normally.

I use Steam. I ran a Local Files - Verify integrity and restarted the PC and issue still repeats with this save.
On a whim, I reloaded the save, manually saved a new copy, clicked Resign and it seems to be OK now.
