Sorry, I know this is the wrong board, but I'ven't noticed any general board, and the lone support is "tech".

I just got the game, and started a 1936 campaign with Sweden, to learn with relative calm the mechanics.
Aside any tip is appreciated, I noticed I've excess of Energy and Metal, and I don't know how those are used. It seems that my production requires manpower and IC, so I don't know what to do, aside trading it away, of those thousands of energy and metal I stockpiled.
 
You need a balance of resources. 2 energy, 1 metal, a 1/2 rare will fuel 1 IC per day. So trade away your excess resources for those you have a deficit of. If you have an excess in all, you may want to consider trading for supplies, allowing you to allocate more of your production to military production.

Oh, and there is a general forum - this one is the Multiplayer forum. :)
