Restarting modding - help appreciated

I was wondering if anyone could help?

When the game first came out, I made a couple of building mods which no longer work.

1. I have no idea why they don't any more. (They were basically rebalanced vanilla building files). Any ideas?

2. Are (non-Steam) mods now saved to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Surviving Mars\AppData or C:\Users\pc\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\Mods\ ?

1. Post a log of you loading a save with the mods enabled?
2. They're in the same place they've always been (Mods folder in the game profile folder).
