I forgot to remember the exact name and to screenshot it but it was an abandoned station in orbit of a sun which required 2 military ships. I started it in the situation log and after a while it failed. Showing me percentages for perks my scientist should get. But there was no scientist in the system and no scientist got the traits and XP.
