In the Cypriot mission tree the "Restore the Hospitallers" mission releases a Sunni Knights of St. John subject.

Steps to reproduce​

Complete Crusader Fleet mission from Cypriot tree
Conquer Antioch
Complete the "Restore the Hospitallers" mission
Select the "Restore the Knights to Antioch" option
The Knights are now a Sunni March
