I'm not able to view the right side of character artifact treasuries or the China off-map window.

Game resolution: 1024 x 768 (only option available)
Native Monitor Resolution: 1024 x 768 (Tried 800 x 600, no improvement)
"Disable display scaling on high dpi settings:" enabled (tried disabled, no improvement)
