Road Editor

I have played cities skylines for several years and tried multiple times to make a new road in the road editor. But it kind of doesn't work. (I am a complete noob in modding) Can anyone please explain how you for example put in an extra biking lane next to your 2 way road (with textures so you can actualy see a road). I have searched trough youtube and the only things i can find are video's that basicly just ad trees (which I already knew how to do) and super duper overly complicated video's.

A road i always wanted to see is: sidewalk, parking, lane, lane, trees, cycling, trees, lane, lane, parking, sidewalk

Here a method to modify existing roads

If you want to build a road with a particular shape, you need a program such as 3D Studio or Blender. I haven't found any tutorials for this, however it is not difficult to do..
