Romanian event pack for World in Flames

I have created a set of 19 events for Romania in order to make it a more interesting and historically accurate gameplay.

This will work with World in Flames mod Platinium.

The new events are:

- Fortified line Carol
- Supression of Legionary Movement
- Iron Guard demonstrations
- Polish government seek refuge in Romania
- Assassination of Armand Calinescu
- Abdication of Carol II
- The road to Tripartite Pact
- German military mission in Romania
- Romania join Axis
- Iron Guard rebellion
- Liberation of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina
- The fall of Odessa
- Administration of Transdnestra
- Demoralization of Romanian Army
- Olivenbaum plans (part 1, 2 & 3)
- Operation 60,000
- Liberation of Transylvania

Additionally I have fixed some wrong event dates, added some new ministers, replaced minister pictures for Mihai I and Mihail Moruzov, and changed the map political color for Romania to yellow.

Detailed events explanation below

Fortified line Carol
Description: During the interwar period, Romanian defense strategy focused almost exclusively on the western border, shared with the traditional enemy - Hungary. Fortifications were needed to block the most accessible paths to interior and to slow down the attacking forces enough to bring in the area the bulk of Romanian forces. The plan for the fortified line was approved by the High Command on 17 June 1937 and the construction spread over several years, putting a heavy strain on the Romanian economy.

Option not to build it: +1 towards Dove Lobby

Suppression of Legionary Movement
Description: The Legion of the Archangel Michael, more commonly referred to as the Legionary Movement, was founded on 24 July 1927 by Corneliu Zelea Codreanu, and it was a far-right, ultra-nationalist antisemitic and fascist movement. In March 1930 Codreanu formed the Iron Guard, a paramilitary branch of the Legion, who eventually came to identify with the Legion itself. On 10 December 1933, prime minister Ion Duca banned the Iron Guard. In retaliation, Duca was assassinated in December 1933. King Carol II was a strongly opponent of the Legionary Movement and kept them out of government until his abdication. Codreanu was arrested and imprisoned in April 1938. On the night of 29-30 November 1938, purportedly during an attempt to escape from prison, Codreanu and 13 others were killed by Gendarmerie.

In September 1939, after the German and Soviet invasion of Poland, he allowed the Polish government to seek refuge in Romania. Trigger conditions: head of government Ion Antonescu, Romania not at war, date is 5 September 1940

Very nice events indeed !
Maybe an event could be added, where Germany transported Subs via the Danube into the Black Sea.

It is for WiF only. It can be made to work with vanilla if someone is willing to invest some effort in that. Personally I won't bother, since WiF is tons better than vanilla.

Nice job Gun, but my only complaint is with Olivenbaum. I don't think losing 8 oil and 2 cash is enough to buy off the equipment. Sure, for the first part of the deal, it's good, the second part.........meh, it's balanced, but a 39' motor should balance it enough. The third part though.........OK, I don't think we are offering enough.

But if you mean we lose 8 oil and 2 cash every time the event fires, then ok, it's rather balanced.

It's -8 oil and -2 money every day for 9 months for every plan.
That's 2160 oil and 540 money for buying a division. It's about the same if you buy one from Germany with open negotiations (if you have enough stockpiles)

It works fairly well then.
