Rome gold in windows 7

I'm thinking about buying EU Rome gold, which is cheap and seems good, but I installed a few weeks ago Windows 7 in my computer, will the game work in windows 7? In Steam says it is for xp and vista

I run Windows 7, 64 bit, and can confirm that the game runs fine.
