Summary
Rulers missing auto-generated courtiersDescription
Many rulers start the game with no courtiers at all. Similarly, rulers created by using the "Grant to..." interaction also have no courtiers. Instead, their courts are filled with guests. This is new behavior that I didn't see a patch note for. Previously, such rulers had 6 or so auto-generated courtiersSteps to reproduce
Start a new game. Select most rulers (e.g. Grebo in 867, but this is true for most rulers). Observe he has no courtiers except a realm priest.Alternatively, start a new game with a ruler holding more than one county title (e.g. England in 1178). Select a county that is not a primary title (e.g. Cambridgeshire). Select the "Grant To..." interaction and select an auto-generated ruler (e.g. "A local English noble"). Observe the newly-created ruler has no courtiers except a realm priest.
