Hey Mcwynne, while I can't say I've tried on a modded game all achievements should be obtainable in every game mode. The only thing I know off is that we disabled the 'Win a game as Vanguard Commander' for the tutorial, everything else - minus the specific campaign achievements - should be freely available.
