In the current state of the game, traffic simulation always remains the same, regardless of time. I suggest adding a clock to the game, showing you the time based on the day/night cycle. Rush hour could have about 2 as many vehicles driving on roads from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Late nights will experience very little traffic, with a quarter of the normal traffic from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Players will have a new traffic management challenge to deal with during rush hour, and traffic will let up late at night to prevent it from spilling over into the next day.
