So i killed my first mob boss, after i killed him i gave me the options to change it into something else. i wanted to build it into a safehouse, however it was greyed out and i couldnt select it. so i turned it into a different racket to see if i had to go to the desk because people in YT videos said to do that and assign a lieutenant. that also didn't work. so im kinda confused on how to get more safehouses. is it that i can't have more then one safe house per area or am i just a big dumb stupid idiot head.

You can only have one Safehouse per Neighbourhood. If you took out the Mob Boss in your starting Neighbourhood then you won't be able to make it a Safehouse since it already has your starting Safehouse.
