Same county is listed twice in an event option's list

Description​

In the "Touring the Backwaters" event, 3 baronies are somehow selected. If two of them happen to be in the same county, the option description looks confusing (see screenshot).

The change in control from the option is applied twice, the modifier only once (logically), which means in case every county is at 100 control, the 2-(or 1-)county version of this option is weaker than the 3-county one.

Steps to reproduce​

Trigger the "Touring the Backwaters" event, somehow ensuring multiple baronies are in the same county.
