I started a game. Got into a war with Macedonia. Beat them up to 100% warscore....offered peace with heavy tribute. I was at peace with everyone. Saved the game. Went to bed. Woke up. Loaded the game. I was still at peace, but I had Casus Belli some how. I still had a truce with them, however I was able to use the Casus Belli to go to war on them with no penalty.
