Save games nor working

So I bought the game on the 10th and saving and loading games worked fine but since yesterday i can neither save nor load any games. I've tried reinstalling but nothing works.
Has anyone else had this problem?

EDIT:

I removed all mods that I subbed to from the workshop and now I can save/load again. I dont know which mod it was or if it was all the mods or a combination, but problem solved
