Thank you for the additional information. One more question: did you give the app permission to access your GamePass profile when you first started it? I know there's a pop up where you need to Accept or Decline, I'm wondering if Declining somehow blocks permissions.
 
Awesome, thank you all for the additional info! HBS is well aware of this and are currently testing a fix, if it works, it will be deployed as soon as possible!
