I am terribly sorry to hear this is happening to you. Unfortunately, there is no fix live just yet, however, our next update is closing in on its final steps. We'll let you know as soon as we got another update - hang in there ♡

I regret to inform that when I launched the game today it has failed to find any save game file and only showing new game. What is going on seriously with this game :|
So essentially I've lost progress upto week 16 :| Is there no way to recover these save files at all?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to reclaim them that we've found to be successful. Our devs are working as fast as possible to find a solution that prevents this from happening.
