That's just weird, I converted my game as the Roman Empire, and what do I see? Every country, which is lower in rank than empire is called zXX, where XX is a number. So on the map there is plenty of z00, z01, z02, z03 and so on and so forth.
And the religion of the Aztecs is simply called "aztec_reformed", not Aztec.
I apologize if there is a thread with this kind of problem.

Edit: I'm sorry, I've forgotten to say that I play the german version of CK2 and then convert the savegame to english EUIV.

PROBLEM SOLVED:
Yep, that's what I thought. Everything is fine now, after I've changed language of EUIV. However, the Inca's religion is still called like "inka-reformed" unlike the Aztecs.
So, I don't know if that's a bug or not, but I hope that it's not supposed to be this way. Right, Paradox? :)
