Savegame Problems (Stop of migration?)

Savegame Problems

Ok.. playing as Japan my beloved peasants emigrated within my country and everything was fine, but then I saved the game and quit. The next day when I loaded my Savegame ther was no migration at all, all my Citizens stayed where they were and did not move even if there was a huge amount of unemployed POP´s in a region.

Then I occupied some parts of Korea and the Korean POP´s migrated to my beautiful island, again I saved the game and quit, after relaunching and reloading the savegame, migration stoped again.

anyone got this one too? some solutions?

I don´t know whether this is a bug or simply an error with my Victoria... just wanted to know if someone else has this bug, too? I am deeply sorry.

I have a game where I can't seem to get unemployed pops to migrate. Playing as USA under 1.02.

Yes i think it has to do with the savegame... cause nothing has changed in my gameplay it was just saved and reloaded... perhaps some values become corrupt when loading or saving...

I noticed the same thing, playing as Sardinia-Piedmont, I've had lots of Orthodox immigrants in Tunis, but when I quit and then loaded, the flow of immigrants stopped suddenly.
