Scenario Editor Does Not Start

I just downloaded and installed 1.05 NA. I attempt to start the Scenario Editor, I get the error message Critical Error!: Failed to Intialize DirectDraw. Try setting the color depth to 16 in your display settings. Otherwise, EU2 runs fine.

:Edit: I just read the Scenario Editor FAQ included, it tells me to change my graphics adaptor to 16-bit color depth. How do I do that?

first, you need the patch for the editor; it's the download section where you go the patch.

second, right-click on your desktop and select properties, go to settings and change the color depth to 16bit.
