Scenario

Is there any scenario out there with these features
-All countries are in the same techgroup
-All countries only start with their own capital, all other provinces are uncolinized
- The only province you know about is your capital
- And you start with a Conquistador, and get more all the time..
- you start with lots of money.. 20 000?
- and a 6 colonists dynanism for approx 15 years then it starts to decline and stop at 2 colonists

or something like that... I know about the Fantasy scenario but i wan all countries

There's a program for that at EU Ascendant I believe... I may have my sites mixed up. Its at the same site that has EU Unlimited...

EU Ascendant is the IGC site, so I doubt it
