I was wondering how compatible the scenarios for minor nations will be with each other or will there be scenarios for situations where, for example, all six players want to play as those smaller countries which have their own missions and events.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It is a bit early to answer this since the scenarios coming with the stretch goals are still to be made, but we will definitely try to incorporate more than one of these minors in some of the scenarios.
Thank you for the information. I'm hoping that smaller starting nations will give interesting extra challenge, once my gaming group is already familiar with the game and has played with the major starting nations several times.
