Scenarios other COUNTRIES !!!!!???

Is there any way to get the scenarios that are in other countries games ?? in my game and my langugae ??
I have heard that the germans haev the thrity years war. And Americans have Liberation war ?

The language that the scenarios were created in shouldn't matter. Just make sure that you don't overwrite your text file with that of a different language.
