On the back of my DVD-Box it says that there are more than 270 scenarios. Well, I can only find 6: Fantasia, Great Nordic War, Merchantilism, Great Campaign, Age of Enlightment and the tutorial. Is there only those six, or do you have to win the above to move on, or is the large number of scenarios referring to the in-game missions? Also, in the Great Campaign, how do you select a nation such as Milan or Persia? I can "only" be nine nations: Spain, Austria, Denmark-Norway, England, France, Ottoman Empire, Portugal Poland-Litauen or Russia. However, I have seen some people talk about being other nations.

Thank you all for any reply on this

I don't know why they put the number 270 on the box, but I guess, depending on how you count, those 6 scenarios might get to 270 (different countries & scenario objectives =).

Anyway, all the english scenarios are downloadable from Paradox site (4-5 new ones) and also there are already a few mods out there. Thus your more likely to run out of time then scenarios to play with this game ... =)

If you download the "Improved Grand Campaign" (IGC) then you'll also get a nifty little program that let's you configure which countries are playable before starting the IGC.

Otherwise, for any of the scenarios, you can do some simple editing of the scenario file and replace one of the country abbreviations in the file (FRA for France, HAB for Austria, etc.) with the abbreviation of the minor you want in its place (VEN for Venice, etc.)
